- ║ Prepare a mailing label format using the Ctrl V and set ║
- ║ up something like this: ║

- ║ ≡City≡, ≡State≡ ≡Zip≡ ║

- ║ Save the file <F2> name it Labels ║

- ║ Press <F5> ║
- ║ Press <F3> Load ║
- ║ select Labels ║
- ║ ║
- ║ 1. Set screen to show Label ║
- ║ 2. Either use the Search criteria or ║
- ║ Tag records to select your database records. ║
- ║ 3. Follow Mail Merge protocol. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ Note: ║
- ║ ║
- ║ Where you set the address label file on the screen is where ║
- ║ you will print the labels on your printer. You will need to ║
- ║ experiment to set the format on your screen properly. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ Advancing two to four spaces below City, State, Zip will be about ║
- ║ right for label spacing. This utility does not print ║
- ║ labels three wide. It is designed for single labels ║
- ║ approximately 15/16ths by 3 1/2 inches. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ Load LABEL with <F3> it's ready to use. Note the one space down. ║
