  31.  ║    Prepare a mailing label format using the Ctrl V and set               ║
  32.  ║    up something like this:                                               ║

  36.  ║                           ≡Street 1≡ ≡Street 2≡                          ║
  37.  ║                           ≡City≡, ≡State≡ ≡Zip≡                          ║

  39.  ║    Save the file  <F2> name it Labels                                    ║
  40.  ║                                                                          ║
  41.  ║    Press  <F5>                                                           ║
  42.  ║    Press  <F3> Load                                                      ║
  43.  ║    select Labels                                                         ║
  44.  ║                                                                          ║
  45.  ║    1.  Set screen to show Label                                          ║
  46.  ║    2.  Either use the Search criteria or                                 ║
  47.  ║        Tag records to select your database records.                      ║
  48.  ║    3.  Follow Mail Merge protocol.                                       ║
  49.  ║                                                                          ║
  50.  ║    Note:                                                                 ║
  51.  ║                                                                          ║
  52.  ║    Where you set the address label file on the screen is where           ║
  53.  ║    you will print the labels on your printer.  You will need to          ║
  54.  ║    experiment to set the format on your screen properly.                 ║
  55.  ║                                                                          ║
  56.  ║    Advancing two to four spaces below City, State, Zip will be about     ║
  57.  ║    right for label spacing.  This utility does not print                 ║
  58.  ║    labels three wide.  It is designed for single labels                  ║
  59.  ║    approximately 15/16ths by 3 1/2 inches.                               ║
  60.  ║                                                                          ║
  61.  ║    Load LABEL with <F3> it's ready to use. Note the one space down.      ║
